ASSERTING OUR LEADING POSITION IN THE FIELD OF THERMAL POWER PLANT MAINTENANCE

2025 marks a year of relentless effort by Gooiltech's engineers and workers at key thermal power plant construction sites. With the motto "Safety - Quality - Timeliness," we are proud to have successfully completed complex maintenance and installation contracts, contributing to national energy security.

Below, let's look back at some of the typical projects implemented over the past year, a year filled with challenges, difficulties, and the collective efforts and unity of Gooiltech's staff and workers:

1. Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant Project: Installation of scaffolding inside the boiler, maintenance of FGD/COAL/AHS and SCR systems.

• Phase 1: From February 17, 2025 to March 20, 2025.
• Phase 2: From December 1, 2025 to December 13, 2025.
• Key items:

- Installation of specialized scaffolding system inside the boiler.

- Maintenance of the FGD (Fluorescent Discharge Machining) system, the coal feeding system (COAL), and the ash and slag disposal system (AHS).

- Construction of anti-corrosion lining (Flake & Rubber Lining).

- Cleaning of the boiler tube system and the NOx scavenger (SCR).

2. Cam Pha Thermal Power Plant Project: Coal Silo Anti-Sticking Solution (Package No. 3)

This project, running from July 12, 2025 to October 13, 2025, focuses on improving boiler operating efficiency:

• Coal Silo Anti-Sticking: Installation of advanced anti-sticking panels to ensure smooth fuel flow.
• Industrial Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of residual coal inside the silos before installation.
• Auxiliary Maintenance: Inspection and repair of all auxiliary equipment in Turbine Unit 1 and Unit 2.

3. Mong Duong 2 Thermal Power Plant (MD2) Project: Successfully Completed Two Peak Maintenance Periods

We ensured stable operation of the MD2 plant through two rigorous scheduled maintenance periods:

• Phase 1: August 15, 2025 – September 6, 2025.
• Phase 2: November 4, 2025 – November 27, 2025.
• Key items:

- Scaffolding installation

- Boiler area system maintenance: Damper, Cyclone, boiler tubes, flue gas ducts, steam drum, GAH

- FGD area system maintenance: GGH, Sootblower, ME.

- Painting work: FGD area, circulation pipelines, storage tanks.

- Electrical and I&C maintenance

• The team closely followed the schedule, performed detailed technical inspections, helping the units return to the national power grid on schedule.

4. Thang Long Thermal Power Plant Project: Cleaning and Painting of Circulation Pipelines

From September 10, 2025 to October 31, 2025, we focused our resources on the following items:

• Industrial cleaning of the circulating pipeline system.
• Painting and protecting the pipeline surface against environmental corrosion, extending equipment lifespan.

As 2025 draws to a close, Gooiltech continues to prepare for the next journey with the determination to bring better results in subsequent projects, as well as improving the welfare of the company's staff and workers.
